- With a network of vendors and suppliers, there aren't any parts that we do not have access to, so if your house is 2 years old or 102 years old, we can get the parts to fix it.
- Sliding glass door wheels and tracks, specialty door and window screens, casement windows, vintage plumbing and electrical parts, specialty doors and glass, custom wall finishes, and the list goes on.
- If there is a problem, we'll solve it.
- New home or office? We also offer management for your project.
- You get all of the benefits of hiring your own general contractor with out the 30% mark up. You hire the subs, you pay the subs, you make all of the final decisions, and we make sure that they deliver what they promise, and what they promise is what you asked for. Fees generally start at 7% of total project cost, and is paid progressively over the course of the project.
- We have our own subcontractors we recommend, and ALL bidders are qualified before they start and their status is checked during the course of the project.
